Sanchay Post Violation of Primary key error

In
Sanchay Post while new forms withdrawal of MIS,SB,NSC it shows an error Issue
New form (Database Error) "violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint
'PK_flow_table_1367E606'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object
'dbo.flow_table'."
Solution:
1. Download attached patches.
2. Extract to DB_Analyser folder.
3. Execute all patches one by one.
Important : Before doing any updation/execution of patches take the back of the databases
