Meghdoot 7 Update 8 HVMO & Dispetch error Solution

HVMO list preparation Error & Solutions in Despatch Module after Update the MM7 Update 8

Error:

       After completion of Update 7.8, while preparing the HVMO list in Despatch Module,
 It shows the error as "Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal" .

Bug Fix:

1.  Execute the script using script tool

2.  Replace the old despatch.exe in each system with the new one
